1.1. Last Price Hotels operates solely as a technological search and price-comparison engine in the travel space (flights, hotels, and related travel services).

1.2. The Site is not a travel agency, does not operate flights, does not own hotels, and does not itself sell or provide any travel services.

1.3. When you select a deal on the Site, you are redirected to complete your booking directly with an external site or third-party provider (such as airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or international booking platforms). Any transaction or binding engagement takes place solely between you and that external provider.

2.1. All prices, availability, taxes, and details displayed on the Site are collected and updated automatically in real time from hundreds of different providers worldwide.

2.2. Due to the dynamic nature of the travel industry and online price fluctuations, discrepancies may occur between the price shown on the Site and the final price shown on the external provider's site. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the final price, taxes, terms, and availability on the provider's site before making payment.

2.3. Last Price Hotels bears no responsibility for errors, sudden price changes, typographical mistakes, or rooms/seats that become unavailable while transitioning between sites.

3.1. Last Price Hotels does not charge you any fee, and does not store or process your credit card details or payment method.

3.2. All payments, invoices, and booking confirmations are issued and provided solely by the external provider through which you chose to complete your booking.

3.3. Cancellation policies, cancellation fees, date changes, refund terms, and credits are subject solely to the terms and policies of the end provider you engaged with. Last Price Hotels has no ability, authority, or means to cancel bookings, modify them, or issue any refunds.

4.1. Use of the Site is entirely and solely at the user's own risk, on an "AS IS" basis.

4.2. Last Price Hotels, its directors, employees, and anyone acting on its behalf shall bear no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for any damage of any kind (including direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of enjoyment, schedule disruption, or financial loss) arising from:

• Use of the Site or the inability to use it.
• Reliance on information, prices, or images displayed on the Site.
• Malfunctions, delays, cancellations, bankruptcies, or defaults by external travel providers.

4.3. The Site may include links to external sites that are not under our control. We bear no responsibility for the content, data security, or privacy policies of those sites.

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Site, including designs, logos, technological code, systems, databases, and text, belong exclusively to Last Price Hotels (or are used under lawful license).

5.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, or make any commercial or public use of the Site's content without prior written permission.

6.1. We protect the privacy of our users. Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how browsing data and cookies are collected and used.

7.1. Use of the Site and these Terms & Conditions are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel (or, where required by applicable international law, by the local consumer-protection laws applicable to users in their place of residence).

7.2. Any dispute, claim, or lawsuit arising from use of the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, in a manner consistent with the consumer-protection laws applicable to international and local users alike.
